Planning Proposal to rezone land at Lot 3 DP 1195030 Majara Street from IN2 Light Industrial to R2 Low Density Residential

The planning proposal in effect will amend Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014 and is considered to be of minor significance. It seeks to:

  • Rezone Lot 3 DP 1195030 from IN2 Light Industrial to R2 Low Density Residential.;
  • Introduce a minimum Lot Size of 1,000m2, and
  • Reduce the maximum Height of Buildings from 9m to 8.5m
