All Council policies need to be reviewed within 12 months of the Local Government Election.
The intent of this policy has not changed and still aligns with the Model Policy issued by the NSW Ombudsman.
Changes can be summarised as:
- Updating title of the policy to better explain who the policy applies to.
- Specific behaviour examples for each of the five categories of ‘unreasonable behaviour.’
- Clearer guidelines for management of situations and who is responsible.
