Consultation has concluded
We have prepared an amendment to Part 10 of the Googong Development Control Plan (GDCP) 2010.
The GDCP 2010 was authorised in December 2010 and has had a number of changes to incorporate new structure plans for the various neighbourhoods at Googong. The GDCP included a Part 10 when it was first drafted to provide some controls for development at the Neighbourhood Centres as well as some broad controls for the Town Centre; noting that the Town Centre would not be developed for a number of years it was always envisaged that controls would be refined in future.
A new Part 10 has now been drafted and includes controls covering a range of issues. Have your say on the amendments until 4:30pm on Friday 21 April 2023.
Submissions can be made in the following ways:

By mail to PO Box 90, Queanbeyan NSW 2620
Delivered in person to either the Queanbeyan, Braidwood or Bungendore office
