Amendment to South Jerrabomberra Development Control Plan

We have prepared an amendment to the South Jerrabomberra Development Control Plan (SJDCP) 2015.

The amendment seeks to include new and updated Neighbourhood Structure Plans (NSPs) for proposed future land releases at South Jerrabomberra. These are:

1. An updated NSP for residential development at South Jerrabomberra (comprising South Tralee and Forest Morrison lands),
2. An updated NSP for commercial development at North Poplars,
3. A new NSP for commercial development at South Poplars,
4. A new NSP for commercial and light industrial development at North Tralee, and
5. A new NSP for the proposed Regional Sports Centre at North Tralee.

The plan is also being amended to update the map illustrating the area to which the development control plan applies.
