Consultation has concluded

Council is proposing to construct a 2.5m wide concrete shared path for pedestrians and cyclists along a 350m section of the Queanbeyan River near Barracks Creek. A bridge over Barracks Creek is part of the concept design.

The path will improve walking, running and cycling opportunities and improve accessibility. The bridge will allow a safer crossing over Barracks Creek when the water level is high.
