Consultation has now concluded.

We are after the community's feedback on some concept designs for a potential skate park in Braidwood. Separate designs have been prepared for the Braidwood Recreation Ground and Bicentennial Park on McKellar Street. View the designs in the document library on the right, or download here.

Council engaged respected skate park designers Convic to work with the community and develop a design that will be appreciated by the park users. Convic held two community workshops to help develop a vision of a "multi-discipline low level transition style facility with some fundamental street style obstacles".

Convic's site selection report is also available in the document library on the right.

We'd like the community's comments on the preferred design and location. The construction of the skate park is not currently funded and we will explore funding opportunities once a preferred design and location is selected.

Have your say below, via email to council@qprc.nsw.gov.au, by mail to PO Box 90, Queanbeyan NSW 2620 or by leaving a submission in person at Council offices.
