We are reviewing the Bungendore Structure Plan 2048. We committed to do this every 5 years as part of our Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS).

The intent of the regular review is to capture any completed work or studies, such as the Bungendore Place Plan 2024 and the Bungendore Economic Lands Needs Analysis 2025, update population data and relevant mapping, test existing growth principles, and ‘check in’ with the community. The review ensures the evidence base of the Structure Plan is maintained and enables Council to make informed decisions on the growth and development of Bungendore.

On this page are a factsheet explaining the review, the existing Bungendore Structure Plan 2018-2048 and the Bungendore Place Plan, which was developed in 2024 and focused on the Bungendore town centre. The Bungendore Economic Land Needs Analysis is also available in the document library. You can also view a slider image that shows the urban growth of Bungendore from 2017-2025.
