Consultation has concluded

Council’s biennial Customer Satisfaction Survey is being undertaken by Jetty Research, who will be contacting a statistically valid sample of residents across the Council area.

This survey will be used to gauge community satisfaction in Council as a whole, as well as exploring more specifically Council’s service delivery, how residents receive information from Council, how Council is moving towards achieving the Community Vision and community wellbeing.

For those who haven't been randomly contacted but would like to participate, you can complete the survey online at the link below. The survey is open until 10am on Tuesday 2 October.
