We are seeking feedback on the revised Crown Road Management Policy. The Policy covers Council’s position on the sale and transfer of Crown Roads.
The Policy has undergone a review and some minor changes are outlined below:
- Minor grammatical amendments
- Reference to NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment updated to NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure
- Minister for Lands and Water updated to Minister for Lands and Property
- s6.5 amended for clarity
- s6.5.1 and s6.5.2 redundant
- s6.7 updated to reflect contemporary public notice practices
- s6.8 updated to reflect s.355 Committee
