Development Applications (DAs) on public exhibition are advertised in accordance with our Community Engagement and Participation Plan.

You can view and make a submission on our current development applications on notification. Select the application ID to view the details of the application and to download the notification plans.

Submissions

Anyone may make a written submission concerning the development application during the exhibition period. If the submission is an objection to the proposal, the grounds for objection must be clearly stated.

All submissions become public documents and may be included in Council reports, published on Council’s website and/or discussed at meetings. Applications referred to a Council meeting will include the name and address of the person making the submission as part of the information included in Council’s Business Paper.

If you make a submission, you must disclose any donations or gifts made to Councillors or Council staff. This is required under s 10.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Significant penalties apply for non-disclosure.
