Consultation has concluded

Council resolved at its meeting of 13 October 2021 to prepare a draft amendment to the South Jerrabomberra Development Control Plan 2015.

The draft amendment seeks to clarify the wording of planning controls that apply in respect of development alongside boundaries (‘zero lot line controls’) for dwellings at South Jerrabomberra. These are:

  1. South Jerrabomberra Development Control Plan 2015 - Part 6 Page 11 – Table 6.3 for Lot Sizes of 330-450m2 and Lot Sizes of 450-600m2, and
  2. South Jerrabomberra Development Control Plan 2015 Part 7 Page 20 - Table 1 Lot Sizes of 130-170m2 and 170-250m2 and 250-330m2.

The amendments will be on public display from 2 September to 30 September 2020.
