Consultation has concluded
QPRC is required to develop Asset Management Plans for assets owned and managed by QPRC to deliver effective community services. The asset management plans set out to describe the current assets Council manage, the condition of these assets and to define the levels of service required to ensure the assets are preforming to community expectations.
Information provided in the Asset Management Plans is used to develop on-going renewal programs as well as forecasting capital growth projects and maintenance requirements over a 10 year planning period.
Asset Management Plans have been developed for the following Asset Classes:
Water
Sewerage
Buildings
Parks and Recreation
Stormwater
Transportation
Community consultation is now available to review the draft asset management plans and to provide comments regarding the planned management of the assets into the future.
Council are seeking to use information provided through this consultation period to amend and review level of services to ensure the community services can be delivered in a sustainable manner.
