Consultation has concluded

The Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy provides a framework for councillors in exercising their civic duties by specifically addressing their ability to interact and receive advice from authorised staff. This policy supports the provisions of the Model Code of Conduct.

Council’s Extraordinary Meeting on 12 January 2022 resolved to put the draft Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy on public exhibition for a period of 28 days. The document will be on public exhibition from Monday 17 January 2022 to 23 February 2022 with written submissions invited.

Submissions may be made:
