Draft Library Strategy 2022-2026

The Library Strategy 2022-2026 was developed to improve and shape the future library services for the QPRC community. When the strategy was prepared consideration was given to the move into the new Queanbeyan Head Office, proposed relocation of Bungendore Library and plans for regional growth.

After extensive community engagement, where we received over 300 responses, it sets out actions under three focus areas:

1. Spaces
2. Collections and resources
3. Experiences

The strategy provides a roadmap to achieve further growth and development of library services based on the benchmarks and our current performance data. It has been created to focus primarily on services that do not have additional costs.
