Draft Licence Agreement - Airservices Australia

Consultation has now concluded.

Council currently have a licence agreement in place with Airservices Australia for a noise monitoring station at Jerrabomberra Tennis Courts.

In accordance with S47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to grant a Licence to Airservices Australia for the location and operation of an aircraft noise monitoring station for a 5 year period from 1 January 2020. Airservices is currently holding over the site from a previous Licence.

The Proposal

Form - Licence Agreement
Term - 5 Years
Option – Not applicable
Commencement - 1 January 2020
Site Description - The facility is made up of a small concreate pad supporting a steel pole with an aerial on top
Rental - To be determined by valuation
Permitted Use - Operation of an aircraft noise monitoring station
