Draft Licence Agreement - Queanbeyan Lions Club

Council proposes to enter into a licence agreement with the Lions Club of Queanbeyan for use of the former Treehouse building in Queanbeyan Town Park. The licence agreement is for use as a community facility and book exchange.

The Lions Club book centre is a community operation. Since establishment, the book centre has donated in excess of $160,000 to people in need in the local community. This licence agreement is to formalise the operation of the book shop in Queanbeyan Town Park.
