Draft Licence Agreement - Riverbank Cafe Queanbeyan

The Riverbank Cafe is located at 4 Trinculo Place in Queanbeyan. In accordance with S47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to grant a Licence to the Richter House Pty Ltd to use the buildings at 4 Trinculo Place Queanbeyan for a café/kiosk and associated catering activities for a five year period from 1 March 2020 with a further five year option.

Commencement - 1 March 2020

• Property Description: Cafe and Pergola area, Ray Moreton Park, Queanbeyan
• Rental - $12,730 per annum plus GST in addition to extra facilities payment; indexed annually to CPI movement and rental reviewed by independent valuation every three years.
• Permitted Use: A cafe facility located adjacent to the Queanbeyan river.
