Consultation has now concluded.
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to grant a car park Licence to the Queanbeyan-District Pre-School Association Incorporated for shared use of the car park located in the Margaret Donoghue Reserve for a 10 year period (plus 10 year option) from 27 April 2020.
The actual commencement date of the Licence will be on completion of the contract of sale of Lot 1 DP 865848 dated 20 July 2020 from the Licensor to the Licensee.
The Proposal:
Form: Car Park Licence Agreement Term: 10 years Option: 10 years Commencement: Date will be inserted on completion of the contract of sale of Lot 1 DP 865848 dated 20 July 2020 from the Licensor to the Licensee. Site Description: Shared use of the adjoining car park to Lot 1 DP 865848 (also known as 181 Cooma Street, Karabar). The site is an existing car park and the Licensee will be responsible for line marking. Rental: $843.36 excluding GST + CPI annually. Address: 11 Queenbar Road Karabar NSW 2620. Permitted Use: To cross the premises by motor vehicle, bicycle or on foot to gain access to the pre-school premises located at 181 Cooma Street Karabar NSW
