Consultation has concluded

Council intends to cancel the existing Licence Agreement and enter into a new 30 Year Licence Agreement for the exclusive use of land at 7 Firethorn Place, Jerrabomberra for scouting activities. The purpose of providing 30 year tenure to the Scouts Association of Australia (NSW) is to enable them to secure capital funding for the development of new facilities at the site and the enhancement of existing amenities.

The Minister for Local Government will need to consent to the grant of the Licence Agreement.
