Draft North Elmslea Planning Proposal — part of Lot 1 DP 798111 at 174 Tarago Road, Bungendore
The planning proposal seeks to amend the Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014 on part of Lot 1 DP 798111 as follows:
- Rezone part of Lot 1 DP 798111 from RU1 Primary Production to R2 Low Density Residential.
- Amend the minimum Lot Size from 80ha to 850m2.
- Amend the maximum Height of Buildings from 10m to 8.5m.
- Remove the Lot Averaging provision.

Submissions have been extended until 4.30pm on Friday 20 December 2019.
A public meeting on this planning proposal will be held on Thursday 12 December between 6.30-8.00pm in the Bungendore Office foyer at 10 Majara Street.
