The planning proposal seeks to amend Schedule 1 (Additional Permitted Uses) of the Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014 to permit seniors housing on 4-6 Majara Street, Bungendore – Lot 13 DP 1139067 and Lot 14 DP 1139067.
