The Fire Station at Captains Flat is being moved to a new facility and Council has been approached by the Captains Flat Mens Shed Inc to use the facility for its activities. Council is sympathetic to this proposal and had agreed in principle to support the grant of a 5 year Licence Agreement for the use of the facility.
In accordance with S47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to grant a Licence to the Captains Flat Mens Shed Inc to use the building for Mens Shed activities for a 5 year period from 1 October 2019.
The Proposal:
Form - Licence Agreement Term - 5 Years Commencement - 1 October 2019 Rental - Minimum Crown Land fee currently $498 per annum. Premises – 106 Foxlow Street, Captains Flat.
