Draft Master Plan - South Jerrabomberra Regional Job Precinct

A draft master plan for the South Jerrabomberra Regional Job Precinct is on display for public review and comment on the NSW Government's Planning Portal website.

The master plan provides a strategic planning framework to guide business seeking to establish or expand in the region.

Businesses, the community and any other interested stakeholders are invited to review and comment on the draft master plan.

Submissions open 1 November and close at 11.59pm on 15 December 2023.

Make your submission and read the masterplan, discussion paper and supporting technical studies via the NSW Government Planning Portal.

Community information sessions

The project team will also be holding business and community information sessions to provide an overview of the draft master plan and to answer your questions.

Next steps

Following the exhibition period, the draft plan will be revised and a final master plan prepared for endorsement by the NSW Government and Council.

The final master plan is expected to be released by mid-2024.
