Consultation has concluded

The proposed second deed of variation to the Googong Urban Development Local Planning Agreement covers matters such as:

  1. Modification to require the Developer to dedicate to the Council, land for use as a Council depot, and
  2. Modification to require the Development, involving Sewer and Potable Water and Recycled Water Infrastructure (being Item 7.02 of Schedule 1), to provide for noise attenuation measures.
