Consultation has now concluded
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we do business and has also changed the way our customers interact with us and other organisations. We’re keen to hear from the community about these changes and whether the concept of a cash-free Council would have a significant impact on our customers.
Council has been operating as a cash-free organisation since March 2020 to reduce the risk of staff and customers contracting Covid-19. We are now seeking community input on these interim changes and how they would impact you in the future if they were to become permanent. No decision has been made by Council at this stage, we’re merely seeking your input before we progress any further.

Hard copies of the surveys are available at Council's customer service centres, Libraries, waste facilities, Animal Management Facility, pools and indoor sports centre.
