Why do I have to register?
Registration is required for this website for a number of reasons. Registration helps us to understand which sections of the community have been heard from and who we still need to engage with. Registration also ensures you can be kept informed of future consultations, updated on projects you have engaged with or hear the final result after your comments have been received. There are also some aspects of the website that are only effective when participants are registered, e.g. polls are only useful if participants can only vote once, which registration can ensure.
What are the advantages of engaging online?
How do I submit my feedback?
What happens to my feedback / comments?
Often, feedback provided online is used in conjunction with other face-to-face consultation activities such as workshops, meetings, open days or surveys.
When each consultation closes, all contributions are compiled into a report, which will be presented to Council when considering the particular matter.
All feedback provided during consultation will be considered, however this does not mean that every suggestion can be taken on board and adopted as proposed.
Is it anonymous?
No third parties have access to or will be provided with your details. For further information, refer to the privacy policy.
Council only have access to your details to inform you of up and coming consultations that you have selected as areas of interest.
