- free public wi-fi to support visitor experience, increase community inclusion, and provide a platform for smart services
- smart
parking where sensors and real time information allow residents to more
easily find a car space, improving congestion, commercial activity, and
the user experience - new digital platforms to enhance engagement
with the community, providing more opportunities for citizens to help
create their region, and increasing the breadth and depth of the
conversation - smart street-lighting with new energy efficient LED
luminaires, real time monitoring of lighting levels and outages, and
the ability to plug in new smart services (such as environmental
monitoring)
